One of the momentous events of the world today is the emergence of China as an economic and political power. Unprecedented rates of economic growth have catapulted China into the forefront of the world arena. Malaysia took the bold step to establish diplomatic relations with China in 1974. This publication is a celebration of three decades of close ties between the two neighbours.
